🚚 Delivery & Tracking

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–3 working days, can sometimes be longer during company holiday closures. (We are a small team)

  • Once dispatched, a tracking number will be provided via email.

  • Deliveries are fulfilled via trusted UK couriers, including Royal Mail.

  • Please note that we may have notices of business closure during certain holiday period, dispatch will take place thereafter. 

📬 Missing Parcels

If your tracking information shows that your order has been delivered but you have not received it, you must contact us within 48 hours of the delivery scan.

Claims made after this window may not be eligible for investigation or compensation.

Please note:

  • Responsibility for compensation in the event of loss or non-delivery rests with Royal Mail (or the designated courier).

  • Compensation decisions (up to £50) are subject to the courier’s policies and outcome of their investigation.

  • We are unable to guarantee compensation for missing parcels if the courier confirms delivery.
